This is the new Padilla Finest Hour Corojo, in a new size: 6½ x 50 — the short Churchill. The classic old-Havana vitola. The size the great Cuban factories built their names on.

The blend is pure Nicaragua with Cuban blood in its veins. A beautiful Corojo ’99 wrapper — oily, reddish, alive — over fillers grown from first-generation Cuban seed in Nicaraguan soil. Rolled at the AJ Fernández factory in Estelí.

It smokes the way the old Cubans did. Medium-bodied. Complex. A punch that builds, not bludgeons. A sweet Corojo finish with real spice on the retrohale. This is what Corojo tasted like before the world forgot how to grow it.

Now the honest part.

These 5-packs come straight from pre-production. Our new bands are still at the printer. Some packs carry the finished Finest Hour band. Others wear a plain white prototype band — marked the way test blends leave the factory.
